Friendly, professional and very responsive throughout. Luke and his team in Bromley were a joy to work with as I went through the process of buying a flat. Although they were representing the sellers, I was able to enlist their support as the conveying process became tortuous and needlessly prolonged. They were a great help and were an important link with the sell side when we needed to get things unstuck. Highly recommended.

Thank you for an excellent service. From the outset on meeting Russell I felt we were in good hands, brilliant advice, great local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. Russell was very proud of his team and so he should be. I dealt at some point with everyone in team and every single one of them were professional and prompt. Selling my Dad's house was clearly a team effort. Dean was the sales person who I dealt with the most and he went way above and beyond in chasing everything down and keeping me informed. Recently sold through the Hayes branch. Scott was very helpful and Emma P. was a whirlwind of work; she dealt with all the prospective buyers and did the showings. I am only sad that it has taken me so long to write this review for Katie & Megan whom I dealt with November of last year when I rented my flat out in Bromley (Widmore Road). With our wedding actually only being able to take place this year things got a tad busy! I was incredibly nervous about renting my flat out post an awful experience with another agency for the rental of my Mum's, but Katie whom I met with first, immediately put me at ease as she went through the entire process with me. Both Katie and subsequently Megan too, guided me carefully through the whole process and needless to say my flat was rented out for the price that I was looking for after the first viewing. The official pictures had not even been taken at that stage!! I took the one year rent option which meant that I was sorted for the year without any worries and supported through the paperwork from end to end. We chose to sell the week of the spring budget when the market was dead. They shepherded through photos and energy ratings. They attended and showed prospective buyers the house. At the beginning we chose not to attend but later chose to sit in a room while viewing went on. The continued speculation during the summer and autumn with the government meant a depressed market.

My family and I have have recently gone through the process of renting a property via Charlene at Sinclair Hamilton, Bromley and I can honestly say we have received the best service we have ever encountered from a letting agency. Over the last 8 years we have had to rent a number of properties from student Lettings to accommodation that supports working in central London and to say it has been challenging is an understatement but Charlene was so professional and it felt like she really cared and wanted to really help us find a home( not all letting agents do this as you are just another tenant to them). I moved into a property and next day realised that I had thrown away the gas and electricity card without knowing what it was. Everything stopped working in the house and was so nervous. Charlene took it as a top priority and immediately came home, called BT for me, set up my new account and she even drove me to multiple stores for getting the prepaid cards.
