Awful - rainham branch Kent Kelly has taken £20 of my deposit to glue a small corner of the carpet on a step. 1 month after, the job was not done, also when I asked for a receipt refused to give me one. How could she, if it didn't exist?Also they tried to take more money of me but couldn't because didn't have proofs Also when you ask to fix something while you're living in their property, it takes long, nothing is straightforward, and if possible you are made to pay.Maybe other branches are ok but Rainham is hallucinating I simply had to complain to ombudsman because there is none to complain to apart from Kelly and Natalie the managers in Rainham. Noone gives you any details Worse letting agency

I've had a very mixed experience with Robinson Jackson lettings. On the positive end they are generally easier to get hold of than other estate agents. On the negative end, they promised things that weren't delivered (photos of flat inspections etc). They also wash their hands of issues when you raise an issue and leave it to you to sort out. I left the relationship with them feeling like I wouldn't choose them again

Ennis and libby amazing

Used r&J to rent a property in Maidstone area, my experience from start to finish has been nothing but bliss. The pair who have been handling my application ( libby and Ennis ) have been absolutely amazing, couldn’t fault them if I tried. Based off previous experiences with attempts to rent, this company has went above and beyond and managed somehow to get me a property within 3 working days! If you’re looking to rent somewhere use these guys, they make other companies look clueless.

From day one when meeting their Branch Partner, John Speer, at the property for the initial valuation, Robinson Jackson have been exemplary in the professional service they’ve provided. The speed & quality of marketing the property has been faultless & really appreciated the regular updates from team members especially Sharon & Katy. I particularly liked how the office was able to recommend trusted solicitors & home energy performance contractors who have both provided an equally professional service, but I was never pressurised or obliged to accept these but very glad I did. I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend this company & a huge thanks for their professional & seamless service they all provided. I look forward to using them again in the future.

Swanley BranchFantastic experience selling our house with R&J Swanley. Michelle and Matt done everything they could possibly do to get the house on the market and sold as quickly as possible (after a disastrous 15 month hellish, waste of time with Wards - Eynsford, that cost us lots of time & £30,000). Nothing was too much for them and their sales progresser Terri was a credit to them. She took calls daily from me and constantly chased solicitors etc as she was also aware of what we had been through. I can't recommend them enough. We made a stupid mistake and went with the wrong agency previously, if only we chose them first we'd be £30,000 better off and with less wrinkles and grey hairs.... We recently engaged Robinson-Jackson in Orpington to sell a house. The initial advice and guidance from John Speer the Branch Manager regarding pricing and marketing approach was spot on and we secured a sale quickly, inspite of the market conditions not being particularly bouyant. We were very impressed with the team who were professional, helpful and efficient through the whole process. The progress chasing was excellent and the team kept us informed at all stages. I have moved house 8 or 9 times in various locations in the country and I can honestly say I have not had the same excellent level of service from any other Estate agents I have dealt with. Thanks to John and the team and I would definitely recommend them.

AVOID!!!!!

AVOID!!!!!! Robinson Jackson Orpington Over promised, under delivered. Issues with honesty and fulfilling their promises. Allowed damage to our property & relaxed about who they gave access to. Failed to lock up. Arrogant and Negligent. Everything that you DON'T want an estate to be! Builders taken to the property by them caused damage to light switches and sockets were ripped from the wall. Newly laid carpets were lifted - all without permission.So desperate for sales that seemed to do everything that the buyer asked - with no thought of us. We experienced a continual disregard of our wishes. In fact some of the staff seemed rather too close to the buyer - which might have been the issue. Sharon did the complete opposite to our instructions, every time - and even ignored the manager's instructions As a seller we should not have to suffer as a result of their 'office politics'.The manager (John Speer) seemed fixated on adding more properties to their list, rather than actually selling them!Their original proposed asking price was flattering - but unrealistic - and it was downhill from then on. Said it was worth £315k - but in the end got £261k! Had they actually told the buyer about the few minor faults (as we had specifically instructed) he would not have asked for a further reduction. There was no negotiation of price reductions attempted by Robinson Jackson.We were told by John how Robinson Jackson were better than the others, how they did not over promise, how well they managed the sale after offer and that we were safe in their hands. They promptly went on to over promise, mis-manage the sale after offer and were worse than We Buy Any House - and that is saying something. I would say that they were negligent and arrogant about their own abilities.
