GoogleWas assisted by Linley of the Orpington branch who was patient and waited for us despite how late we were running. She didn’t rush us in viewing and also helped us to find one more suitable for our requirements. Thank you for being so helpful! Update: completed with this agent. Very good service.

TrustpilotAbsolutely fantastic estate agents, takes the stress out
Absolutely fantastic estate agents! They are very much seller first agents and even supported the buyers well to help it all run smoothly. The best estate agents we've ever had. John Speer even supported us in our buying of a house with another estate agent. If you want an estate agent who looks after you and offers fair pricing and is the main reason the process even went through as they chased everyone (removed so much hassle) would highly recommend?

TrustpilotRobinson Michael Jackson Strood
We had an extremely disappointing experience with Robinson Michael Jackson in Strood, particularly with Nancey Liddle. The service we received was the worst we've ever encountered. We viewed approximately 10 properties with them, and almost every morning before the viewing, they would call to reschedule, often neglecting to update their system. Sometimes, this resulted in us traveling miles for viewings only to find out they hadn't been scheduled on their system, wasting our time and resources. We mentioned to the Nancey that we’re frustrated that our viewings are constantly being rescheduled and she said that there’s no record of reschedulings on their system. I had to provide screenshot text messages evidence where they had rescheduled multiple times but failed to make a record of it. Nancey's approach throughout was very rude, unprofessional, and manipulative. She pressured us into making a much higher offer than the asking price. When we felt uncomfortable the day after and wanted to view another property to ensure we weren’t getting the short end of the stick as first-time buyers, she told us that we would be causing emotional distress to the elderly couple whose property we had put the offer on. She shouted at us on the phone despite us remaining calm throughout. We ended up pulling out due to such poor customer service. We would not recommend Robinson Michael Jackson Strood to anyone seeking a smooth and professional property transaction. The lack of reliable communication and professional integrity was deeply disappointing.

Anyone that’s considering renting with this estate agent please be very careful they will do anything to keep your deposit when your tenancy ends, they are very dishonest. Be very vigilant and make note of everything which is damaged within the property when you first move in and be sure to email them about this, no matter how small you may think the damage is, even a scratch on the wall inform them as soon as possible, as they will bill you with all sorts of damages in order to retain you whole deposit if possible.

Very unprofessional experience. A viewing was agreed upon and confirmed on the same day, but no one showed up. Multiple phone calls went unanswered, and emails were ignored. No explanation was ever provided.

TrustpilotFrustrating offer confirmation form
The viewings have all gone well and everyone seems happy, but when it comes to making an offer, there's a form that takes quite a bit of time to complete. It seems like only Robinson and Jackson require this, other agents usually just handle offers through a simple email exchange.
