You can’t give 10 stars can you? I have nothing but praise and gratitude for Steve Perrin and John for their responsiveness and great communication. As new house sellers we were clueless but Steve, with endless patience, was incredibly reassuring, answering my list of questions and leading us through. The process was quite straightforward and reasonably fast, thankfully. We had four estate agents to look at the house. One was ready to put it into an auction, one wanted an extortionate selling fee and the other I struggled to get a word in. Steve Perrin was the perfect, professional, easy-going, experienced and fairly priced one for me! I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending him and I hope he might be able to help me buy a house one day.

Our dealings with Robinson Jackson concerned buying a property that they were the agents for so they were rather limited. However from my initial call to request a viewing, the speed and manner they dealt with my offer was first class. Within a couple of hours from submitting the offer we had confirmation that it was accepted. On calling into their office in Orpington to introduce ourselves we found the staff, particularly Steve very easy going, polite and a pleasure to deal with. We recently bought a house through the Belvedere branch of Robinson Jackson. The sales team were very accommodating, showing and reshowing the house to us and their sales negotiators, especially Charlie Greenway, were excellent at promptly answering all our questions (even the possibility daft ones). It was a smoth transaction and tgey even negotiated to move up the move-in date by a few weekd. Overall, I would highly recommend Robinson Jackson as estate agents.

Over the years, I've used Robinson Jackson across various locations to buy and sell properties with my business partner and have always had a pleasant experience. However, my recent encounter with Steve Perrin was horrendous and incredibly rude. I called to book a viewing for a house we're hoping to purchase. Since I won't be in the country, my business partner, who would be jointly purchasing the home, planned to conduct the viewing with me on FaceTime. Steve Perrin blatantly refused to book a viewing for us unless both purchasers were present. I calmly explained that we've done this several times before, as we own a variety of properties, and usually one of us views in person while the other joins via FaceTime. Despite this, he was adamant and refused to book the viewing. I am incredibly disappointed by this unprofessional and inflexible attitude. If I were a seller trying to sell my property, I would be appalled to think that prospective buyers are being turned away over such a rigid and unreasonable "policy," especially considering that many investors might live abroad and have representatives view on their behalf. This kind of behavior not only dissuades serious buyers but also tarnishes the reputation of Robinson Jackson. Other consultants I've worked with at Robinson Jackson have been incredible, so this feedback is not about the entire team, but specifically about Steve Perrin. Homeowners should be wary of listing with him, as his approach could significantly hinder potential sales.
