Steve and his team at Robinson Jackson were professional, kind and excellent from viewing to completion. They were always on hand to answer any questions we had or anything we weren't clear about and they explained every step of the process from beginning to the end. Thanks very much. We are looking forward to enjoying our new home.

Poor communication and luck of EMPATHY

I was looking for a property in Kent and i came across this company online, looked through what was available and in my price range , i called in and i was told i would be contacted back to send in my DIP. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. I feel like they wanted to dictate what i bought or the property was never available. The tone one of the agents used was argumentative and authoritative. I.e. asking us why we were moving to Kent ETC at which i responded it was our choice . Then again i thought , how do you ask someone you are selling property to that kind of question? It just didn't seem right so i did some digging and some research on here and I'm not surprised. I have removed them from my search engine , no history , nothing, i don't wanna deal with them, it's my money and house i spend it and on what property and where is my business otherwise these people are a joke of time wasters. good luck to the lucky ones that acquired good services from them and all the best to whoever is dealing with them. We will be looking and buying somewhere else. Thanks.

What is it with estate agents pricing…

What is it with estate agents pricing properties from £xxxx-£xxxx , recently viewed a property, put an offer but surprise, surprise it is nowhere near what the delusional seller wants ,wasting everyone’s time. Advertise the house for what you want stop playing games You really are a bit too clever for your own good.

Lindley was an excellent host she took her time and thoroughly helped us to look around the property. It's so refreshing when someone takes time to deliver excellent customer experience these days so she receives 5 stars for her human approach and relatability, care. Thank you so much!

Easy and clear process

From Jack coming and talking us through the sales process it was simple no pressure came with information on local sales and what they could do for us, our home sold on the first open house, the sales team in the office have been brilliant especially Tammy getting us over the final huddle and last minute glitches keeping us informed they have made the whole process as stress free as moving house can be! From offer to completion it's taken just over 4 months which is great. If we move again they will be out first call!

Great overall experience. Right from start Steve was really helpful in explaining the process and steps involved. As I moved forward in the process, Sharon took over and provided guidance at various stages. Both of them were very patient in answering all sorts of questions I raised, responded to my emails promptly and always kept me updated with the progress at various stages.

I have just exchanged on my first and forever home with Robinson Jackson. I have to say, Linley was amazing at the beginning of the process and her outstanding service was instrumental in making my dream come true. Steve was also just as fantastic further through the process. I would highly recommend Robinson Jackson.

Viewed two properties with Georgia Cullen who was really helpful and knowledgeable. Arrived on time and dealt with all the questions we had to ask (and there were a lot!) about each property with super helpful answers. Would recommend!

Fantastic Company

What a fantastic company to deal with, they couldn't have helped any more if they tried and with such a difficult sale (probate sale) Chris Perkins went above and beyond the call of duty, even working on it whilst on holiday. Doing everything he could and holding ours hands every step of the way. If i could score higher than a 5 then I would have. I highly recommend this Estate Agent

Worst rental service ever!

Worst ever service I have received from any organisation. Pure incompetence, to say the least. Rented a property with them and at move in, property was at best filthy. This was after they lied during the viewing that the property would be painted and cleaned. Heating in the home not working. Made them aware that I have 3 children with me at the time, they didn’t even care. Don’t use them if you don’t want heartache. Regrets all the way. Never been so stressed in my life.

I found Robinson Jackson in Swanley ok…

I found Robinson Jackson in Swanley ok to deal with, apart from Matt (Matthew Henry) who was polite, told us what we needed to know and kept us informed and helped us when we needed it. He also popped in after we moved to make sure everything was ok. For him five stars
