We viewed a rental property with this agency, and while the agent assured me that several issues would be fixed before move-in, and the rest shortly after, none of those promises were kept and the property was very dirty (mainly dust and dirt from contractors that never been properly cleaned to allow us to move in a nice place, as mater of fact a professional cleaning company was required to make the house a living place). We moved in to find everything untouched and had to spend weeks submitting claim after claim, many of which were closed without action or left hanging for far too long. The maintenance team’s customer service is extremely poor: slow responses, long delays, and only partial fixes when they finally do show up. Most issues dragged on for weeks with little communication. If you’re considering renting through this agency, be warned: what you see is exactly what you’ll get. If the property isn't in good condition from the start, don’t expect them to make it right. Save yourself the frustration and look for an agency that actually cares about its customers.

When buying my first house recently, the house was being sold via the Robinson Jackson branch in Gillingham. Although there were ups and downs, and delays (not because of them, because of my solicitors), the sales progressor: Kay Young, was absolutely amazing. She is honestly a credit to the company. She always kept me in the loop, did the most that she could for me and to get updates for me, and just went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this estate agents, and especially Kay. She is a gem and they should be lucky to have her!

Like - Near the end I liked the way Jo Rossiter was following up and assisting in the same. This made the process efficient.Dislike - If someone is temporarily filling in for the person dealing with the sale then that person should be upto speed with all the information related to the customer such as exchange of emails, conversations etc. that has happened till that time. It saves the customer from having to explain it again.
