They both really understood what buying a house meant to me and pushed the sale through under demanding timescales.

GoogleThe staff were vey helpful. They kept me informed at all stages and once the offer had been accepted they ensured everyone kept to their timetable. They had to chase the solicitors and also the buyers. This was a particularly awkward time because of the rush by an unusual number of buyers who were trying to beat the stamp duty holiday.

GoogleI had a great experience finding a rental property, in particular, dealing with Liam McIntyre. He was highly responsive, honest and helpful throughout the process - especially as this was in the middle of lockdown so viewing was entirely virtual. I liked the fact that Mann and Co weren't showing properties in person - even if the place was empty - as some other agents were still doing. This gave me assurance of Mann & Co's professionalism and what to expect from them as property managers - I was confident that the apartment I eventually moved into was "safe", clean and maintained to a high standard and that if I had any issues, it would be promptly addressed. Highly recommend going with Mann & Co. - really lovely to deal with them and it was clear that this was more than just a job, but seeing the end result - a happy tenant settled into a new home - was something they really cared about.
