The agents at Manns really do go above and beyond to chase down parties in a sale - keeping on top of the buyers, sellers and conveyancers. We were pleased with the number of viewings they got to our flat (in Jan 2020) and also with the price they were able to achieve for us. I would advise - do not go with their panel of conveyancers. There was zero benefit with the portal, and the conveyancer that we were given was dreadful. They dragged the whole process on weeks/months - I only wish they had dragged it on 2 more weeks and we would have made it to the stamp duty payment holiday! I would certainly sell a future property with Manns.PositiveResponsiveness, Value

Fantastic service, helped me out with finding a new property in such a short amount of time. Mia Hugill assisted with viewings for plenty of options, as well as repeat viewings. Krystina Jones was brilliant from the first phone call to the final signature. These two in particular were so great at managing to get me in to the property in a shorter timeframe than expected, and in a matter of days I was in my new home. Absolutely brilliant and efficient estate agent I had such a short time frame to find somewhere and move due to pregnancy. I dealt with Mia and she was ever so helpful and even took the time out of her day on a bank holiday to email me and keep me updated. As a first time buyer, I couldn't have been happier with the service I received from Lisa at Mann. While other agents we had used were pushy in trying to sell their properties and often not arriving to viewings on time, Lisa was very professional in the way she carried out the viewing. She gave us plenty of time and space to look at the property, but was at hand to answer any questions we had. Once our offer was accepted, she kept in regular contact and no question was ever too much. Andrew also gave very good advice when we needed to chase our mortgage application with our lender. This excellent service made the purchase of our first home a straightforward and stress-free experience.

Had a viewing booked, estate agent was a no show went to the office to find no one was even in as it was their day off Made contact the following day to be told that the room had already gone Unbelievably bad customer service despite all the apologies I’m now left looking for another property and out of pocket as I had to take a day off work. The reply I’m afraid doesn’t work, I’m so incensed that I will be taking it further as after talking to the letting team I have also discovered that the property called Peach house had already gone and me having an appointment was a surprise to them.

Diabolical: I rent out my flat through Mann, and the service over the past year has been a shambles. They never answer their phone or emails, and I have had a endless list of problems trying to ensure the check out of the property is completed so the tenants can be returned any deposit. I pay high management fees but I always seem to have to constantly fix their mess. Very high management turnover does not help the situation. Big security concerns including loosing keys and keys being left in unlocked drawers really make me loose all confidence in the company.

I have nothing but praise, particularly for Jamie. It's the first time I had sold a property, had no idea if I had chosen the right company, and the whole process I was worried about. Mann made it so easy. They explained everything so well, and guided me each step if the way. I felt I could completely trust them. We were buying another property (with a separate estate agent) and those owners were really messing us around. Jamie was incredibly helpful. He was so friendly, trustworthy, approachable, helpful and cared. I felt we were very lucky to have him. He kept us regularly updated, we knew where we stood, and I could not have asked for more. For anyone who is considering selling a property, I know from experience it can be so hard to choose between estate agents. All I can say is Mann were exactly what I wanted, which was to make the process easy, to be accessible to contact when asking for updates/advice, and to have an agent I could trust.
