GoogleLara Reid from Mann Lettings in beckenham was the most patient,helpful and understanding agent I have come across over the last 3months of searching. Lara called when she said she would, kept me updated with changes instantly and was understanding in the current situation I was in. With all the bad experiences I have had with letting agencies I would always remember and come back to Mann as Lara was amazing as well as the team at Mann.

GoogleHave been letting out my flats through Mann Letting for several years now and have found them to be very efficient and professional. They are quick to respond to enquiries either from myself or my tenants, and seek to resolve it as quickly as possible with excellent results. Highly recommend.

GoogleCould not recommend this branch of Mann & Co highly enough in particular Emilia and James. During the Covid lockdown and with very little staff, we were still able to communicate and receive regular updates on our sale. Although the process took longer than usual they made a bad situation bearable.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThey made everything so easy. My flat sold within a couple of weeks and it was a real team effort! It didn’t matter who I spoke to, I felt reassured and updated constantly. Tom was particularly patient with all of my endless and probably silly questions.

GoogleOur new property manager Piara Ullah is simply amazing. Had a leak in the bath tub last night that was affecting our neighbours downstairs and reported it to Piara this morning by email. By 3pm the same day, plumbers were here to fix the problem. All sorted by 3.30pm. Fantastic, efficient service. Keep up the great work!

GoogleI tried to reach them by phone 3 days in a row with 10-15 minutes gap 6-7 calls each time. No one answers the phone so I left a voicemail, called their other branch to tell them to call me on my number, left my phone number. All this effort is just to speak to someone in the company about their ad on the website which tagged as "premium". I can't even imagine their "regular" ad. It seems like their phone lines are on a vacation of their own, probably sipping piña coladas by the beach. As for their "premium" ad, I guess they're saving the real luxury experience for the suspense of actually getting in touch.

GoogleCraig Rose, the Branch Manager, was excellent. He was approachable and available. He chased things up as soon as he was alerted to them. If it wasn't for him, the whole process of buying would have been a lot more stressful. Rena Heron assisted him and was excellent too. They both really understood what buying a house meant to me and pushed the sale through under demanding timescales.
