GoogleI broke my tenancy agreement because of the build up of raw sewage due to an issue with the toilet drain. Despite repeated requests, the letting agency did not resolve the issue in a timely manner, leading me to involve the Bromley Housing Enforcement Team. I also received my security deposit a month later than expected. I am taking steps to bring it to the attention of the Property Ombudsman in the hopes of preventing similar issues for other tenants in the future.

GoogleMe and my partner were having a lot of difficulty with our previous home we had been renting. We approached MANN as we saw a property that would be right for us however I wouldn’t lie and say that our previous landlords and problems had left a bitter taste in our mouths. Lara at MANN however has gone above and beyond in helping us acquire our desired home, always at the end of the phone and putting in extra effort when she didn’t have to. It has been an absolute pleasure working with someone who is genuine and wants the best for you. Very grateful for such amazing service and pleased to say we’re on our way to pick up our keys to our new home now. Thank you again for everything Lara.

The process was a breeze and even on a very busy week for them they were great to work with. All the info i needed going forward with property was all precisely presented and communicated to me.

GoogleI had great service from Emilia Parmar and Dominique (now at Sydenham branch). They were friendly and honest and I did not feel pressured into anything. Always respectful and understanding of a buyers problems. James from the beckenham branch helped coordinate my purchase and to chase up solicitors on both ends when it was taking too long.

GoogleUnfortunately, pretty useless. Bought from them and had impersonal and fairly consistently incompetent service from our particular estate agent. She didn't listen when they called us asking questions and didn't answer questions when asked. Would recommend avoiding selling or buying if possible. Thankfully the branch manager stepped in and fix to mistakes.

GoogleThis estate agent is not to be trusted one little bit. They play games with purchasers informing them they can't get hold of the vendor and then hang the offer out there until they attract a bidding war. Typically saying one thing and completely doing the opposite. Stinks of dishonesty.

GoogleThe manager is very unprofessional and drag there feet in returning our deposit. I would not recommend. Poor service! If there was a lower rate than 1* ... i would give it... I left feeling like they treated us as if the manager had a personal issue with us! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

GoogleAll the Mann staff were punctual, polite, helpful and knowledgable! Indeed, I could not, as a novice landlord, have found more professional service. The process went very smoothly, including the marketing and inventory and check-in. Staff were enthusiastic, encouraging and endlessly patient with my pesky questions... I recommend them unreservedly.
