GoogleMegan Wilkins from Leaders provided us a good site visit for a rental property. She was patient and detailed. Although unfortunately the deal couldn't go thru as the landlord changed the terms post deposit was paid, she promptly refunded the deposit. No Hassle service!

GoogleI have been using Leaders Bromley for years now to manage my property. I deal with them completely online. My statements arrive monthly and I get regular reports on the property, with recommendations if any remedial work is necessary. My tenants have been reliable and have stayed for long lets, by renewing their contracts. This is all overseen by Leaders, so as I get older I have no administrative worries, as I know the property is being well cared for, and is appreciating in value.

GoogleI have used Leaders Bromley for three different properties and am very pleased with their service. They are efficient, helpful, and have always found excellent tenants. I am probably a very picky landlord as I insist on meeting tenants and I have never been disappointed with the tenants introduced by Leaders. They have offered helpful advice when I was considering buying a new property. I have dealt with other agencies and I feel I have a good basis of comparsion when I say that I recommend them highly.

My move was fairly complex, and no matter what obstacles arose, Shuk, (and Helena, Elif AND Fiona!) made it work. Very professional. Very courteous. Give them a call.

Toni Hartwell of Leaders e-mailed me to check I was aware of the issue & asked whether a contractor should be instructed.
