I have been very impressed by Leaders Bromley branch. I rang to express interest in a property and Cathey Cullum arranged the prompt viewing and sent through all the information. Will Melhuish accompanied me on the viewing and was friendly, professional and very patient while I walked through all the rooms, several times. He was very efficient at helping me secure the property, sorting out all the paperwork and keeping me informed of progress. We'd gone into the letting agent on the off chance and this property had just gone back on the market and Jake was happy enough to show us round that day on a last minute appointment. He was already there when we arrived and very polite and friendly when showing us around the property.

Very dissapointing estate agents, dont waste your time with them at all! We called and enquired about a property and they said theyd get back to us. They have our mobile number and email but have not been in touch at all. They dont even give you a courtasy call to let you know whats going on (like working on contacting the landlord) or send you an email to let you know what properties they have available to let. We feel brushed off and like they are not trying to find us a property but rather mocking us and our budget. I spoke to two different agents neither of which have been in touch. The property is available in April but as it's not one that will add to their current targets I guess we are not important enough for them to contact us or send us a list of properties. Utterly useless and you feel like a target rather then a person. Don't bother!

Leaders have been managing the letting of my property since I first moved overseas in 2003. During this time, I've received nothing but excellent service from Helena Smith and her team. Any property issues have been promptly addressed, ranging from dealing with appliance breakdowns to problem tenants (fortunately there haven't been many of the latter). I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
