We have just identified that 3 repairs that we requested on behalf of our tenant, and for which we paid, were never carried out. We found this through our own inspection of the property and engaging our own contractors.This is in addition to an unexplained annual charge of £288 introduced in 2021. I would not recommend this agent.

Terrible company to deal with. Allowed my property to fall into disrepair. Was extremely costly to repair the property following their mismanagement. Best decision I ever made was to move away from this lettings agent. Despite their errors they still charged a fee for me leaving. If they had done a good job in the first place, I wouldn’t have left.

She works in a quick manner and is always super friendly. Rachel comes across has very personable and I’m comfortable raising anything with her directly. Great service always provided!

Terrible service, choices Sutton, they took my deposit and told me that flat is immediately available to move in misguide me and keep lying to me when flat was not ready, wasted my time over 4 Weeks and keep blaming landlord that he is going through remortgage, if this is the case they should have checked paperwork and then advertised . Bad service, “Not Trustworthy”
