Has been some problems with the property/services along the way. But Rosie, property manager, has done her best to sort the issues out. But what most shines out for her is that she is extremely responsive to emails which goes a long way, also Gary 5* has been extremely friendly, understanding and helpful and also the South African lady who helped quite a lot when I needed access to the property.

I am a landlord with 5 properties and Rachel Nichols has just solved a problem that would have cost me £320 if she had not been tenacious in getting to the source of the problem with my direction - she did not give up like so many other agents, but kept following up until the problem was solved at no additional cost.

Terrible services and Fraudulent Paid a holding deposit for a property. And then they tried to add extra unnecessary fees and demanded we have the paper work ready and collect the keys immediately. Becuase we protested the extra fees that seemed unnecessary and wasn't first displayed in the tenancy info and for the reason of we need some extra reasonable time in which to complete all the paper work. (2 days was not enough time) They then told us that they retract the offer to us and have other tenants who can pay 12months up front.They first told us our holding deposit was non refundable but after much arguing to the fact they are pulling out not us they agreed to pay it. Terrible service, rude and compleatly wasted our time and prevented us from pursuing other properties. You cant trust this letting agency

Although the task was not directly ordered by me, the outcome is excellent. My apartment is just located below the unit of leakage source. However the complaint of leakage from that unit was just raised 2 weeks ago. The response is fast and the quality of work gave satisfaction. Good work guys. Cheers

Good company to deal with. Very efficient. Sometimes too efficient. Gas safe certificate ends at the end of January and I’m reminded mid. October. I think six weeks is ample notice. Amy Francis has been most helpful in this situation.

First day of move in.The shower leaks, the floor mould, the toilet broken. Agent promised to fix during viewing. And They don't count it as an emergency, do nothing to repair or contact the landlord, and not responsible for any maintenance, only gave us the landlord's email address. All fixing is on our own cost. One of the landlord is a senior of Choice. House has countless health hazards.
