I really love my experience with this property agent and I think is because of Katie Rest. I wouldn’t know if I had met someone else if the experience would be the same. She made sure to carry me along through every process of the property letting in a friendly and professional manner, she’s quite an adorable agent to work with and I love her patience and of course her willingness to understand her clients challenges.

Awful, bills are supposed to be included and they keep sending me council tax bills, It has happened many times everytime I call up they say don't worry, But it keeps happening I am so scared that ballifs are coming round now to take my stuff for something that is not mine to pay, would not recommend choices

I am consistently updated, and the responses have been prompt. If a repair person needs access to my flat to fix or install something, I always receive a notification email, which I appreciate. When something needs fixing in my unit, the management asks for my permission before using the spare key to enter the premises when I am not at home. Thank you very much.

The Agents have been doing their jobs, Rosie has been helpful, I miss Louise, in the Customer Service.However, The Agents Customer service do their jobs, but, the Landlord is slow in response sometimes, so this makes things drag for Agents to carry out their duties more effectively.

We were extremely unhappy with the service we received from choices letting for many years, absolutely atrocious customer service from the majority of staff,complaints ignored.unfortunately we experienced many problems that could have been avoided with better communication.During our time as landlords the only person who stood out and helped to resolve issues was Sam Day.We went on to sell the property and unfortunately once again received unacceptable service from Grant Brown in Sales,not professional at all,caused unnecessary stress on multiple occasions,didn’t work in the salers best interest at all, If it wasn’t for the sales progression lady, Nicola MacDonald the sale would not have completed.
