Recent house Sale completed with Cubbit and West

We sold our house via the Haywards Heath branch of Cubbit and West.David and his team ( Gemma and Rebecca) were brilliant, professional and efficient. From our initial meeting they demonstrated how quickly they could get our property out to many many people. The process from our first meeting, to photos to online, viewings and then being sold was incredibly quick. Our house sold after the first open day of viewings. From complete chain to moving day was 12 weeks and 1 day. Veronica at the Haywards Heath branch was brilliant. She worked super hard to help us, and we are very grateful. Thank you Veronica. Long Process.

This was a long process Karen and the team helped to coordinate the solicitors and push information through. The solicitors were very poor on both sides not responding to emails or phone calls not asking the correct questions and were poor at understanding the issues with the sell. Karen helped to keep the pressure on and escalating when needed and finally helping to get this sell to completion. Karen was very helpful and polite.
