Thank you to Lauren, Elliot and Lee for helping to sell our home. I had previously put off selling my house for years but the guys at the Havant office assured me they would support and guide us and they did exactly that. Through no ones fault our original buyer pulled out very close to exchange. I was beside myself but Lauren was great, she worked late that day and within less than 24 hours she had arranged many viewings and from this we sold again. Thanks to Lauren's hard work she turned it round and 4 weeks later we were sold! I honestly cannot praise the team enough for making selling my home much less stressful than I imagined!Great communication, easily contactable, do what they say when they say they will. Over all great experience.

From start to finish, Rebecca Hull has been communicative, efficient, knowledgable and given superb service. The original viewing was excellently presented and Rebecca's advice to speak to James Wrigley proved invaluable to securing the property.It was due to his expertise I was able to borrow the money I needed to be able to afford the property.After having the offer accepted, I have felt Rebecca has done everything in her power to push things along and I am very grateful to her for such professionalism.I could not have completed with her tenacity and knowledge helping me along the way. Super experience from start to finish

We recently purchased a flat marketed by this estate agent, they were very professional and made the whole experience positive. From the first point of contact we made to organise a viewing through to exchange, it has been remarkably smooth. This was down to the staff being efficient and following up on things. They kept us in touch throughout which I appreciated. Compared to a previous experience with a property sale this was different class. Ebba, Jasmine and Karen were particularly helpful but overall, it felt like a well oiled machine! If we ever sell our new property they will be my first port of call.

I really have a lot to thank Andrew at Cubbitt and West in Portsmouth for. This will be our second move and it has been a far more pleasant experience with cuit and west. Our sales progressor Karen Fogarty has been so supportive and helpful and always been there when we need her and very efficient at sorting out any problems we've encountered. All the staff at our local branch have been very helpful and we've mainly delt with Angela Brett who has also been very efficient and helpful and has always made us feel confident that we are in good hands. It's been a long process as we've needed to get our lease extension before our sale. We would like to thank everyone at cubbit and west for there support and we will recommend them to anyone we know that is moving home.

I dealt with Abbie from the start I was looking for a property to rent and had very specific requirements. Abbie listened and took on board everything I was looking for. Crawley Branch - Outstanding service

We had outstanding service from the team at the Crawley Branch. The sales team were very proactive in finding a suitable buyer for our house and reacted very well to the changes brought on by the Covid Pandemic all the while respecting our household and government guidelines. During the sales process there were a couple of challenges, non of which were of Cubbitt & West's doing, and the team responded swiftly and pragmatically with the right solutions. Once our house had been sold we received excellent service from our Sales Progressor Aumit Bagchi who kept us fully updated at each stage while using non jargon related language which was easily understood. Cubbitt & West Crawley were excellent and sold our houses within the expectations they had set at the beginning of our journey. We highly recommend them to anyone looking at selling a house.

My first dealing with C&W Southsea was back in 2019 when I was looking to buy a property in Southsea, Zoey McGovern dealt with my enquiries. She was very helpful and patient with my specific requests. Even though I ended up not buying, I still recall the way Zoey dealt with process, thank you Zoey.Last month I decided to go to the market again and see if I can find the property of my dream, I rang C&W Southsea and was told that Zoe is working in a different branch now and was transferred to Claire Schindelka and Maddison Oksuz, both are no difference from Zoey at all, felt I'm still dealing with the same person, same patience same professionalism and the willing to help from them is so assuring, Claire and Maddison found the right property in few days, viewed it the next day and now in the buying process. While it took a while to sell our house due to economic climate, the team were always very helpful. Once the house was sold we were kept fully informed of what was happening. Julie was also constantly keeping in touch with our buyer's solicitors who at times were very slow. We do not plan on moving again but would definitely recommend them
