GoogleIt’s been 6 months since we moved into a property managed by Curran&Pinner. Billy was very helpful during the moving in process and everything leading up to it. Our property manager is Liga and she is very kind and helpful whenever issues arise, even when we had an issue at a weekend she was very kind to call us back on a Saturday morning. Very happy with them!

We had a marvellous experience with Martin, Melissa, Tara and Kirsty at the Pulborough office resulting us selling our house for full asking price and buying our dream home in Bognor Regis.When our first buyer unexpectedly pulled out, we were devastated and feared losing the house we’d fallen in love with. However within a week Martin found us a new buyer who offered full asking price which was £5k more than the original buyer had offered! Throughout the process Martin was always at the end of the phone to offer advice and reassurance.Estate agents get a bad name and certainly all estate agents are not the same BUT Martin and his team at Pulborough are simply the best. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had to find a rental for a short term very quickly with the added potential complexity of it being furnished. I contacted so many estate agents with little reply. We had a prompt, professional and efficient service from cubit and West in North end. Abbie was our contact and she was so kind and did everything she could for us. We were unable due to isolation to physically see the property so we had a video call arranged which meant that we still not miss out on the property. When we went in to sign contracts and pay our deposits it was pain free and done easily so and so I can't help but leave a glowing review. Thank you.

I have been really impressed with the service I have received from the team at Emsworth.From the initial visit from Daniel I knew I was in good hands.Within hours (possibly minutes!) of receiving the green light to market my property, Elysia was on the phone arranging viewings.She then spent more time in my house over the following 48 hours than I did myself, keenly showing my home off to prospective purchasers, keeping me in the loop every step of the way.To then receive an offer by the end of the second day on the market ... wow!!I know it's a while until completion, and I hope it all continues to go well, but honestly, thank you to you both, you really did a brilliant job and I will wholeheartedly recommend your company to any local friends who ever decide to sell up!

After meeting Michelle we didn’t get any other estate agents in. Straight away we took to her open and honest nature. We didn’t want the usual estate agent nonsense and she was up front with all information and costs. As soon as we signed things moved quickly and met the members of staff who were selling our home. Both Leonie and Chevan were lovely and we felt confident they were looking after our best interests. Unfortunately our first buyer fell through, but this didn’t cause a problem as Leonie stayed late to re-market our property, within days we had another buyer thanks to C & W. We’ve now finally exchanged thanks to Lindy who’s been negotiating between us and the buyer to the end. From start to finish I would definitely recommend C & W Redhill.

Becky D at Portsmouth has been a star and has given us new faith in letting agents. After a turbulent year in an awful property we were getting desperate to move as quickly as possible. Our situation was never going to be simple and we've hit a few bumps along the way, but at no point did Becky give up on us and has done everything in her power to guide us smoothly to our new home. We would like to say a huge thank you to Siobhan and Ellie at the Horley branch.From the moment Siobhan came round for our first meeting we knew we were in good hands. She was very professional, friendly and made us feel at ease straight away.Selling a property is stressful enough but we were selling two. Siobhan and Ellie have taken a lot of the stress out of it by keeping in constant contact with us and giving us feedback after each viewing.We were always made to feel we were important and nothing was too much trouble. Ellie even popped round one evening after work to take some more photos as my partner wanted some more added. Thank you to Lauren, Elliot and Lee for helping to sell our home. I had previously put off selling my house for years but the guys at the Havant office assured me they would support and guide us and they did exactly that. Through no ones fault our original buyer pulled out very close to exchange. I was beside myself but Lauren was great, she worked late that day and within less than 24 hours she had arranged many viewings and from this we sold again. Thanks to Lauren's hard work she turned it round and 4 weeks later we were sold! I honestly cannot praise the team enough for making selling my home much less stressful than I imagined!Great communication, easily contactable, do what they say when they say they will.
