Today I moved into my flat after a long period of time looking for the right one. Kamile has been unbelievably kind, caring and diligent! She made every step of the way easy and tailored for our needs. Even with some hiccups along the way they made sure everything could go ahead as planned. My partner and I had our first ever viewing and was shown around by Aden. Aden was fantastic and was full of knowledge and could answer almost all of our questions (all the important ones). Once our viewing was done, Aden had told us that hadn’t been in the job very long but after spending 10 - 15 mins with him I would have thought he’d been in the job for years!

We recently sold our house with Cubbitt and West.Although they are a bit more expensive than other estate agents we felt we made the right choice as we couldn't fault the service provided.We told them from the beginning we will need time to find a house to buy and they totally understood and we haven't felt any pressure from them.This although our house sold in one day.Especially Julie Bramble the sales progressor was very helpful providing us with regular updates and checking in with solicitors.
