Alia and Jemma were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond the service required, they were a calming influence when things got stressful for me, they were always at the end of the phone to answer my queries. When Alia and Jemma were not around Marion was also there to help. Not forgetting Jo Leaver who helped me start the whole process of selling my home and making me feel at ease.

I’d have given 5 stars had C&W found a property for me. In the end, I found one through a rival estate agent. But C&W - Libby, Yasmin, and Tracey - couldn’t have been more helpful in my property search, sending details by email and text on a regular basis, following up with phone calls. By far the most engaged estate agent in Southsea.

We first encountered C&W after meeting Charlotte from the Ashington Branch, who was just fabulous. We began our viewing journey with her and the new search began for our new home. We were so impressed and decided we wanted C&W to market our home. We had had, 2 not so great experiences with other estate agents in the Horsham Area. On first meeting Carl, from the C&W Horsham branch, we were cautious and fed up with estate agents, and that went after Carl strove to ensure transparency and honesty, and no false hopes from day one, which was a breath of fresh air. Kirsty and Rebecca were so patient with our frustrations, and Kirsty strives everyday now (as our home is Sold STC) to ensure that she is up to date on every aspect & detail of our house move, and always ensuring we are appraised of everything. Kirsty has the ability to calm a storm, in the world of house moving. She and all at the Horsham branch are a credit. We would recommend this team 11/10. Just amazing! Thankyou.

GoogleThere is a housing agency in South London called Curran & Pinner. In my experience, they are among the most unethical agents in the UK. They collaborate with landlords in order to force tenants out of their homes, using lies and manipulative tactics. They have even gone so far as to exploit personal circumstances, such as family issues, illness, or mental health struggles, without any regard for the human side of these situations. Their methods are designed to create conflict and pressure, regardless of the suffering this causes to tenants. I am committed to exposing the truth about this company and holding them accountable for their actions.

We originally came into contact with cubit and west when Mark showed us a property we were very impressed with his pro active approach and that is what lead to us choosing to list out property with cubit to sell. We described what type of property we were looking for Edward listened to exactly what we were after and managed to show us the property we are in now befor it went live, originally mapleleaf was out of our budget but thanks to James and Lorraine who worked extremely hard to negotiate a deal for us we were able to purchase our dream home, Lorraine was amazing on the sell of our property always keeping us up to date. Julie from the Portsmouth brunch was especially helpful going between our buyers and the solicitors and answering any questions we had We would definitely use cubit and west again in the future and always recommend to family and friends. I can’t thank Eloise and Zac from the Patcham office enough for their support, kindness, help and patience. Coming from someone selling their home and also suffering with high anxiety they were exceptional. My purchase fell through ( absolutely no fault of these guys ) they helped me find a solution because my house had been sold. Although I will be staying in a hotel for the interim they have assured me they will continue to help me find a permanent solution for the future. I don’t doubt this for a moment as they have been so wonderful. If I could give a million stars I would but alas it’s just 5, however thank you again Eloise and Zac, you are a credit to the company.

Never allow your property to be rented through this company. They took two years management fee of us, they inspected only once when we asked why we had not seen an inspection and they allowed people to live there in absolute filth, destroy the house have a infested with cockroaches and did not fight for us to get our deposit back. They have not offered any compensation for the fact that they know they did not inspect the property and they are an absolute disgrace. We even used Robin Sannasay Son to do work at the beginning as he was so full of absolute sales rubbish. Even he did not come back to us ever to apologise. The only good thing was that his son actually did a good job on the garden but the house after two years of not being inspected was left with £8000 worth of damage and not a single phone call back from Robin to apologise or offer compensation for the poor Service. This company should be ashamed and it will be reported to The associations of an estate agent. . This company should be ashamed and it will be reported to The associations of estate agents and lettings bodies to let them know how appalling this company is. If I was you, I would never ever engage with them in either sales or lettings. I was in a estate agent myself for 35 years and have never seen such appalling service.

The team at Crowborough were really great to deal with. We were looking to move to a completely new area and they were helpful with local knowledge and recommendations. Marie was a great help on the phone when arranging viewings and we met Caroline and Charlotte on a few viewings and they were very welcoming and allowed us time to view the properties at our own pace.When we were ready to put in an offer John was great and helped us to secure our dream home, he was always available to answer questions or help with concerns. We were kept updated by phone, email or text which helped to keep the process moving.

Excellent experience with the Reigate branch for the sale of our property. Everyone we dealt with throughout was friendly and helpful, and Katarina in particular was a joy to work with from start to finish! She's super proactive and passionate, and really cares about doing the best she can for her clients. She kept us updated regularly throughout the process and was open and honest regarding the feedback on the viewings. We needed to find a buyer quickly so we didn't miss out on the house we wanted to buy and she made it happen! (Huge thanks Katarina!) Also a big thanks to Sophie the sales progressor for keeping everything on track and getting us across the finish line. Highly recommend the branch and team!

If I could score one star I would. I would not recommend this agency. My experience with them was extremely disappointing. They attempted to charge me for defects and damage that were already present before I moved into the property, despite there being photographic evidence showing the condition beforehand. I found the way the matter was handled very frustrating and the overall level of service was poor. Based on my experience, I would not use this agency again.

He worked with us through the whole process, making the house searching experience really smooth. Even though I had so many questions and kept forgetting to do things (which would have driven most people mad!) Billy was patient, kind and very professional from start to finish.
