Very disappointed with the service both at Worthing and Rustington. Sold through Worthing, the service described during the valuation and marketing push didn't match up with reality. Bought through Rustington, very slow at following up on issues and poor communication. Never return calls as promised wouldn't recommend them.

We apologise if this was not your experience.Our records indicate that regular email communications were provided, at least fortnightly or when updates were available to our staff however as the conveyancing process is primarily undertaken by the acting legal representatives, they would have been reliant on them for the most up to date information.
