Terrible ordeal went to put my flat with these jokers said they had sent e mail no, said they had sent sellers pack did not arrive so liars from the start decided to abandon any ideas of going with this shower!!!!!Completely unprofessional in my opinion would not bother but if your property is over 1 million they will be all over you.Do not be fooled!!!!

Extremely poor service. No interest with selling our property. Never call back and no one in branch (Preston Drove, Brighton) answers the phone. Always a different agent showing the property. One viewing the agent turned up late and missed the viewing.

Our staff arranged many viewings, some of which were unfortunately cancelled by the viewers and we are sorry if you were not kept fully appraised of what was happening during that time.It is regrettable that a member of staff was delayed which resulted in them arriving later than planned for a viewing however we understand that they attempted to make contact with you to advise, but the call went to answerphone.
