I am very disappointed with the Sutton branch.Last Saturday I had a look to an apartment and asked for an email with the list of the running costs. Yesterday and today I received another call from them and did the same request.But seems there is no way to have anything. The agent Roanna T. is very rude and the only thing she is able to say is okey-dokey... for her probably was more important my feedback on the apartment than my interest for further info...I am very sorry, because I was interested in that flat but now I have lost my confidence with your Business.Me, like other people are not going to buy a box of chocolates, are going to buy a house and transparency have to be over the top!Okey-dokey Roanna T. & Company!

Julie who was our senior sales progressor was very helpful, even though we lost our purchase due to the seller taking the property off the market, Julie continued to professionally liaise with our buyer resulting in a positive conclusion. However, l wasn’t overly impressed with the general sales team in North End as there was confusion with the first offer, which was then withdrawn and a overpriced initial valuation (of course we were happy with this but it was unrealistic even an inflated market) and resulted in 2 reductions, details on Rightmove that were very scant in description and viewing arrangements that stated online only.

GoogleSuch a weird experience dealing with these estate agents. Enquired about viewing some properties to rent on a Monday, waited to hear and heard nothing til the Friday by which point they were fully booked that Saturday? Despite having enquired five days in advance, they couldn’t have fit me in? Having read the other reviews my suspicion is that they’re just listing properties to let that aren’t actually available to appear “busy” and “in demand” for prospective landlords… waste of time!
