I can't speak highly enough of the fantastic work carried out by Nicola at the Waterlooville office. Our original purchase fell through at the last minute and under very stressful circumstances Nicola helped guide us through. Following on from a very fast sales agreement on our property, which we’ve already reviewed, we moved onto the contract stage. Even though our buyer’s mortgage has already been agreed in principle, the final agreement proved very difficult to secure, mostly due to really tricky market conditions. The whole process took longer than we had hoped, but Julie Bramble, our designated sales progressor, did an absolutely top job on keeping the whole process moving and on smoothing out the inevitable wrinkles. To be honest, this sale could quite easily have fallen through without Julie’s input. We’ve completed today and we couldn’t be happier with the service received from C&W.

Even when there was an issue with the meter in the new property Ciaran done everything possible to sort this out and his communication was fantastic. The plumber failed to do the job properly and damaged tiles e.g., making cracks appear without fixing them. As a result, tiling was heavily broken around the shower control unit. I had to pay over £1,036 to fix it. The company refused to take responsibility and refuse to give me any compensation. They insisted that it was not their fault. So far, the decision maker has only agreed to waive only a one-month management fee.I have requested a call back but noone bother to call me...
