Wow -what can I say Samara came to value our home just 11days ago ,Daisy one of the viewing agents came to see the home just 9 days ago and the property went live on the market just 48 hours ago. Yasmin had her first viewing booked just 24 hours ago and today we got an offer !! The “For Sale “board had not even had time to get put up -!Accepted! How utterly amazing is that ?Mind blowing! I cannot praise the whole team enough I wish to Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making our new dreams become a reality. Moved in and had a few snags on the electrics not working. Nothing has been done since February.Not even had a working over for the last 6 weeks.Cigarette butts found in dishwasher after an apparent professional clean which I'm yet to see the invoices for.Not one call has been made to update me, no letter, nothing.Very poor attitude once you've moved in from a tenants point. I have kids, I'm a single dad and these monsters left us without the ability to cool for 6 weeks. They didn't care.If you want dirty cupboards, disgusting dishwashers and zero service and the them to try and up the rent every year as standard (say no to that and they go away) then Cubit and West are your people.Landlords avoid them. Disgusting service, dirty properties and stealing your deposit is standard.

Steve at the Horley branch welcomed me and proceeded to ask many questions as to what type of property i am searching for, my wants , my needs ,likes and dislikes in order to establish availability of suitable properties. With a selection made and viewing times agreed there was no fuss at all. I would add the level of communication around the viewings both prior and post was excellent and my feeling so far is the branch is managed in a very professional manner.
