TrustpilotBest agent in Reigate area
Katarina in the Reigate office did an excellent job in selling my flat in Reigate. She had to overcome quite a few difficulties over the course of the process but dealt with them all calmly, professionally and with great perseverance. She has a great local knowledge and if you are looking to buy/sell in the Reigate area, she is the best.

TrustpilotBig Thanks to Julie Bramble and her Waterlooville team.
The whole team at Waterlooville starting with Robin, Nicola and their colleagues were very helpful, but since Julie Bramble appear in our way, she was a gift sent to us :-)She is very proactive, every time we had a question she was getting back to us with an answer on the same day! We all know how stressful is the process, but to have someone you can rely on, just with a phone call or email and be answered straight away, is really helpful and make you feel better. Also we were recommended to use their solicitors JS Law and Bingo! Always also very helpful, and in touch very easy.

TrustpilotWoodingdean Branch were excellent
John, Sarah & Veronica in the Woodingdean, Brighton branch were excellent in assisting us with the sale of a property. From start to finish, they worked hard to secure a purchaser and have been open & honest with all our transactions through to completion. We used the all-in-one package for conveyancing through JS Law and the e-way system which worked exceptionally well. Our thanks to all the team for helping us on this journey.

TrustpilotComprehensive and proactive support for fast tenant replacement
Comprehensive and proactive support to ensure flat could be re-let rapidly and seamlessly after sudden tenant departure. Marketing, tenant selection/vetting, flat inventory, cleaning, safety and all legal aspects covered for new contract and referencing of new tenants all carried out in a few weeks. Would have taken me months!

Trustpilotsale review summer 23
I used cubitt and west initially as they were the only estate agents i phoned who actually answered the phone and Madison in the waterlooville office was very helpful and guided me through the process as i hadn't had to sell a house for over 30 years. The sale went through quickly and the online portal was a really useful tool to see what comments were being made.
