I regret to share my recent experience with Lucy Prior from the Caterham branch, was highly disappointing. Their demeanour was consistently rude and arrogant, with a lack of attention to my correspondence. I was inundated with unwanted emails and received an inadequate response regarding the need for my date of birth. This behaviour is unprofessional and unacceptable. I urge others to consider this before engaging with this agency.

We had a good experience with this company branch Portsmouth, UK, London road especially the lady named Holly Mackay Lettings Advisor. We had a tuff two weeks searching for apartment at Portsmouth but Miss Holly had done the impossible things to finalize and expedite the agreement and approvals from the landlord and refrencing company. Finally her support and patience is appreciated. I recommend everyone to deal with her.

The valuation reports was both prompt but also comprehensive.Once a sale was agreed, the senior sales progressor (Julie) was amazing and kept us informed at every step of the way, including providing updates from solicitors on a regular basis. GoogleI'm really surprised by the previous reviews. We have just come out of a really complicated and extended sale process through KFH (not due to them but our buyers). Our onward purchase was via Curran and Pinner Shortlands. Kevin Mills and his team did a cracking job. When our sale fell through via KFH, C&P did an amazing job in keeping the chain together and ensuring we retained our forever home. Communication was great, all staff were really friendly, would 100% use should we ever go on the market again.
