GoogleFound a beautiful flat with Coady Phillps, and have been there for nearly 2 years, in that time i have never had any issues with them. They have great rates and not a million fees like other companies when signing up to a new flat, and they also have kept my rent the same, which has been ace! Big thanks to that team at Bromley :)

GooglePhil Coady knows the local property market inside out. He has masses of experience and is totally on the ball; I found him to be a brilliant negotiator. He is also very helpful and responsive, and offers a genuinely personal touch. I doubt there is a better estate agent in Bromley.

We are sorry to hear of your issue gaining access to this property that we understand is in Maderia Avenue and our staff have we understand tried to call you back on two occasions, the issue unfortunately with this property has been access as the vendor is elderly and requires quite a lot of notice and wishes us to accompany at all times and has last week been unavailable for viewings. We also share this property as joint agents with Kenton who we understand has now made you an appointment for today albeit a week after you initially enquired but it would appear they have had the same issues as us. We hope you find the property suitable to your requirements and we understand that you have already been made aware of an offer being negotiated on this property, however until tied we will continue to show a property. GoogleCandice and Christine from Coady Phillips are amazing. Loved their service all throughout my 5.5 years with Coady Phillips (earlier Home Front). I would happily recommend Coady Phillips @ Bromley. They are very attending and kind. Not greedy at all. Whenever there are any minor issues in the rented property, they fixed it on time.

GoogleAvoid at all costs! Totally poor service for both sales and lettings, unprofessional and inexperienced. Far better agents out there. Steer clear!
