Sorting of contracts and renewals etc. was seamless and during the checkout process Candice and Christine ensured the deposit was returned as quickly as practicable once the check out report was complete. GoogleAfter booking a viewing on a Saturday morning, I traveled an hour across the city for the viewing only to be let down by some arrogant and careless letting agents. I call the agents when I was at the place after waiting 10mins to be told the agent is stuck in traffic and will get there and call you. When I called them again after waiting another 15mins, they tell me the agent came, waited and left. How ridiculous !!! On asking why didn't they call, they had no answers and the person the phone kept repeating the same. Absolute careleness and arrogance.
