GoogleThe service Coady Phillips offer me as a landlord is superb. There will always be issues along the line, however the difference with these guys is I get a call to tell me its resolved before I even knew there was an issue! My tenants are also very complimentary about the CP Service. Highly recommend.

Please avoid this one like the plague. Phil Coady showed me 2 properties over the course of 2 months and because I did not buy any of the property he has refused to show me any more properties. He is very vindictive and unprofessional.
