Samatha is my property manager. She is a legend. Sam came to inspect my property a couple of weeks ago and I advised her of a few small issues I was having. I mentioned these issues a few times previously but nothing happened. Within in 2 days, I’ve had engineers contact me about each separate issue . It is so nice to be heard.

Absolutely useless. They won't get back to you, they don't answer their phones. They have a completely rude attitude. Waste of my time. The estate agent didn't even speak about the rental. And, even after wanting to put down a deposit I was dismissed profusely and ignored. Unprofessional and the owner is stuck up. -1/5
