GoogleJoe Mourat was absolutely amazing !!! During what was one of the most difficult times of our lives , selling our late fathers house , Joe made everything easy , he fully explained everything and organised everything for me himself saving me a tremendous amount of stress. I cannot thank him enough, honest , reliable , trustworthy , a real professional and true gentleman. I hope we have the opportunity to use his services again , under better circumstances. GoogleI have twice used Capital in the past two years , to sell my property in Bromley and my mothers home in Beckenham . As with most buying and selling there are always "ups and downs" but Capital kept me informed every step of the way , even when Joe Mourat was off or on holiday he kept you posted .The valuation of both properties were realistic , unlike some companies and the photos were really professional making both properties really inviting . All in all I am really pleased I chose Capital and would not hesitate to recommend them . Thank you Joe and all at Capital .

I switched to Capital to let my property after experiencing issues with my previous Estate Agents, I chose Capital over others because I could see on Rightmove that they were successfully letting lots of properties similar to mine within a couple of weeks. Rob who runs the company was highly enthusiastic and attentive about how Capital could provide a professional letting service for me. His team are young energetic and focused on doing things right; Ryan took time and care to shoot some brilliant photos of the property which was subsequently viewed by several people the next day from which I then had a choice of interested tenants to pick from - all within 24 hours! Both Ryan and his colleague Kadie were totally on the ball when I phoned up with any questions about the letting process with Capital and I feel entirely confident having my property managed by them. I have since recommended them to a couple of my friends who are also looking to let their properties.

GoogleI have lived in the area for many years, and own a property very close to Capital so they have always been the obvious and logical choice as our estate agent. The service they provide however is absolutely outstanding, and has compelled me to write this review (something I never normally do). Just before Christmas our previous tenants moved out of the house, and whilst it was left clean and tidy, there was a burst water pipe that had been left to run for months which created terrible damage to walls and floors throughout the kitchen and utility. The discovery was made on 21st December so all trades had pretty much downed tools for the holiday. In a state of mild panic I went to speak to the guys at Capital. The owner Rob Tancred was in the office and from that moment he took control and provided personal help, advice and ongoing assistance to get the problems resolved - right the way from getting the necessary trades in to trace and locate the leak, lock down and isolate the leak, fix the piping, cut back the walls, dry everything out and replace the damaged areas with new materials. The house looks considerably better than it did before, and not only that, they found new tenants who have moved in with only a couple of weeks lost! Crazy good - bit like DIY SOS... and Rob even looks a bit like Nick Knowles too, maybe... Thank you all very much - these guys come with my full recommendation

GoogleDue to relocating from North to South I needed to take a property without viewing, Rob and the team at Capitol Lettings were brilliant from start to finish. On arrive I mentioned that there was no working washing machine and within an hour one arrived and was plumbed in. The house was perfect for our needs and it was presented clean and to a high standard and gardens were pristine. We had many happy months whilst we scouted the area for a permanent place of residence. Thank you.

I have very high standards and nothing was too much trouble, i valued there advice and they not only sold my property quickly without a reduction but found me my dream house. Everything went smoothly and i was kept up to date with the progress at all times! What more can i say but a massive thank you.

GoogleWhen I thought of letting, ‘Capital’ is the first estate agency that went into my mind. I had a property which required renovation before letting out and I wanted a hassle free process. ‘Capital’ is the only estate agent provides this service at a reasonable cost. They have an in-house decoration team to do the whole job in every little details, providing professional advice from start to finish. Information was updated frequently to keep me informed. Most importantly, they are available whenever you need them, and the property was let to a ‘gold’ rated tenant within weeks after the renovation. It is an estate agency that I will highly recommend, if you want ‘professional, passionate, friendly and helpful’ team, you don’t need to find further, go to ‘Capital’!

The flat we let out is not local to us and we have had so many bad experiences with trying to manage it over the last few years. Rob and the team have done a most efficient job selling our house; they spent a week preparing it for sale including some redecorating inside and out and cleaning the carpets etc. Rob then had it sold within 3 days of it going onto the market! This is the second transaction we have been through with Capital and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone selling their house.
