GoogleFrom the moment I 1st met Joe I had a good feeling that Capital Estate Agents would be able to sell our property. We had the property on the market with Purple Bricks which turned out to be a complete waste of money and time. Joe at Capital was very professional and always on had to deal with queries and happy to chase. If you are thinking about using Capital's services, don't think! DO IT!

GoogleI had very little time to move for a new job, but Capital were amazingly quick and efficient in every way - I viewed the property less than a week before I was to move, and in that time they got through all the relevent reference etc checks in time for me to have a seamless move 5 days later. Lovely friendly people, and I never once felt pressured as a tenant.

GoogleCapital Bromley are exceptional, have sold several houses & let houses through Capital. Joe Mourat has always provided superb service, keeps you in the loop & always on hand to answer any questions. They are professional, friendly & always available when you need reassurance, can’t recommend Capital enough.

GoogleI really thankful to this company as they was able to find a house to rent for my family in the same day when we ask them and they was very professional in this. Meanwhile I can't put 5 stars because there was miscommunication between the agent and the landlord, what lead to the fact that we wasn't able to move in the house in the agreed date and only two days later.

GoogleWe bought a property in the pandemic time without viewing the property based on Capital's verbal descriptions and property pictures. Until the completion date we haven't viewed the property. But the status of the property is really good and fantastic than we thought. I would like to recommend the capital is the genuine estate agency

GoogleI have been renting my property through Capital for over 15 years. This has been a very smooth, hassle free experience. Led by the enigmatic Rob Tancred who, together with his friendly and competent staff, have always gone the extra mile for me. Exactly what is needed to have such confidence in a company when living overseas. A big THANK YOU to all!

GoogleJoe worked with us very closely offering a truly personal experience - he picked up every call and rang us back every time. He even spoke to us on his day off! Honest, upfront and transparent every step of the way. I would recommend if you're looking for no non-sense but down to earth service.

GoogleI used to use another company but saw Capital on television and liked their approach! I have now used them for all my properties and what a breath of fresh air! They have not only found tenants smoothly but I also liked the reports they have given me prior to the tenant moving in. Very professional and friendly.
