While we were in South Africa, my wife and I had everything sorted, work contracts, visas, finances, everything a landlord could hope for. However, as soon as estate agents heard we were moving from overseas, they would end the call. Out of 30 people we contacted, only Capital Estate Agents Bromley, specifically Ryan, took the time to speak with us.
We recently had a second viewing with Derek, which was handled very professionally. They always dress impeccably and speak well-pronounced English, which is quite rare these days.

GoogleMy experience with Capital Estate Agents has been extremely disappointing. They consistently failed to keep their promises and demonstrated little regard for tenants’ rights or wellbeing. It became clear early on that they were only interested in protecting the landlord’s interests, even when the landlord neglected their obligations. Promises that were made at the beginning of the tenancy were totally disregarded. Their constant change of property management gave no consistency, and their staff seemed fresh out of school with no knowledge, experience or empathy!! Repairs reported, such as a simple broken bathroom fan that wasn’t repaired for 2 years leading to mould issues, not to mention an ongoing saga with the windows and constant draft inside the house. Despite all this we made the property our home for the past 5 years and looked after it as such. However loyalty and being a good tenant is not enough for agents that only look to achieve £££££

We've been through a lot with this estate agent. From moving into the property with my newborn and the boiler not working for days. To not having a working microwave for over 6 months.
The process of renting this place was awful. There was such a lack of communication. The staff and rude including the manager.
There was actually a point where the manager was blocking my husbands calls when concerned about having a newborn in a home without heating. I called him with a friends phone and he answered the call shocked.
I could say more but will leave it here.
Again, I would never recommend!

GoogleProfessional, supportive, knowledgeable, honest and friendly are the words that come to mind when I think of the service I received from Joe and his team at Capital Estate Agents, Bromley.
Joe kept me updated and was responsive from the first contact to the time when we were chasing the buyer for completion. Nothing seemed to be an inconvenience when I contacted Joe for an update on the status of the sale of my property in Hill House Mews.
A potentially stressful journey was made smoother by the can-do attitude that the team displayed.
I chose Capital Estate Agents after recommendation from a neighbour who had tried to sell her property unsuccessfully with several of the other estate agents in the area. Capital were the only ones who succeeded.
The team at Capital Estate Agents dealt with the viewings and ensured prospective buyers were shown not only the property but the private grounds at the location.
In particular I would like to mention, Harry for his enthusiastic approach during this process.
I cannot thank Joe enough for his professionalism and integrity at all times.
I would highly recommend the Capital estate Agents and Joe Mourat.
