In my 20 years of living in London, I have never met such a pleasant agency. They are true professionals who are also friendly. We are renting a fully managed property by the Agency, and it appears that they have solid relationships with the landlord while also maintaining good relationships with tenants. Our Agenda Hannah is really helpful and capable of dealing with any problem we have.

Cannot rate this team highly enough. We got a good feeling from our first meeting with them, and are so pleased we swopped from a different agent. Our sale felt fraught at times, because we were moving across the country with significant time pressure, but Lisa and Jenna in particular handled all aspects of our sale with a lot of grace and humour. If only they could have been our purchase agent too. We really appreciated the WhatsApp group as it meant we were kept up to date and could respond to any queries quickly. Do not use Capital as a lettings agent. Communication - non existing. We personally met Rob and the team and was so impressed by the 'sales pitch' but once you sign the contract all of this disappears. Heaven forbids things start to go wrong and the tenant causes a nuisance or stops paying - you'll be on your own as a landlord. Even with rent insurance in place it will be a constant checking and chasing Capital Lettings, nothing happens pro-actively. Tenant - didn't pay rent for 5 months, eventually left overnight leaving us with outstanding bills, dirty flat, damaged and broken items, a jungle of a garden. Capital Lettings has been extremely unhelpful and did not do a single thing to put the flat back in the exceptional state we handed it over to them. We since found out the tenant has been evicted from properties in the past so not sure how good the checks were Capital Lettings were supposed to do. Property visits - according to the agreement you sign with them they will do frequent visits / inspections of the property and report back. They didn't. Inspections you pay extra for are not worth the piece of paper they're written on - you will pay extra for the inspection before the tenant moved in and after. There are loads of pages and photos but the 2 doesn't compare like for like. It's like someone went in as a tick box exercise took random photos, did not even include visually broken stuff, picture quality and lighting was poor. Even though their maintenance person gave an estimate of £1000 to fix the obvious damages they continue to be uninvolved and unresponsive - it's now 7 months down the line, they simply don't respond to emails. We were first time, fair, obviously naive, landlords. This experience has put us off ever letting a property out again. Financially it's put us back, a flat we loved and lived in 7 years ourselves has lost it's charm, then there is the stress and anxiety caused by the situation. Just don't do it, find another lettings agent! One that will support you when things go wrong as well.

Capital Bromley was by far the worst estate agent I have dealt with. As a young landlord I felt like Joe and his team took advantage of this and gave me a tenant who they said was a good tennant but unfortunate it took me and my partner 5 years to evict. Communication with this team is awful, I would have to chase up every other day and I would get told I would get a call back but never did. If your a young landlord I would avoid as they would take advantage of you. I had to look at a third party company to finally get my tenant out. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Avoid if you can!!!!
