GoogleI have had a wonderful experience using your storage facilities, I was giving exceptional customer service by a helpful man Dipesh who made what was quite a emotional time for me a lot easier, I am storing my deceased fathers possessions in your storage, because of the way I was treated by Mr Dipesh and also another member of your staff Natalie I would definitely recommend your company and will be a customer for life. Thanks again and can you let Dipesh know his hard work is appreciated thanks. Kind regards Georgina Mcgregor

GoogleI love Big Yellow Storage. It's my second time I have been with that company! Last time I had my whole household in there for over 6 months. The employees are very helpful and very friendly. The rooms are clean and dry. My thanks go to the Bromley Team who helped me getting my belongings stored - Natalie, Richard and Dipesh! Thank you so much, you were & are all awesome <3

GoogleGood storage depot and access hours. However annual price rises every year of 10% Would recommend people look elsewhere for a better longer term deal.

GoogleFantastic service by Nick at the Bromley Big Yellow Self Storage. He was very helpful and the Bromley branch is a great facility! Thanks again.

GoogleGood storage facility that is clean. They provide locks if you don't have one. Its best to use theirs for they are very durable. Don't buy their boxes and box tape, for they are cheap and everything falls apart. You'll need duck tape if you decide to use their boxes. *NOTE: Even though you are given a code to access the facilities after hours, it's only up until 11 pm. NOT 24 HRS!

GoogleAlthough I'm not necessarily a fan of the long online check in process, I have to admit employees are nice, helpful and the complex seems clean and safe

GoogleHidden Price for insurance. Never explained on the phone call. The storage structure is different from the description.

GoogleYes it’s just another big yellow, staff are nice and helpful. I take out my own insurance as it’s much cheaper than the one they offer you

GoogleBig Yellow needs to be more transparent about what they charge. They advertise low prices but then hit you with a high so called insurance cost. They'll also make you buy their own padlock as your own is never secure enough. Won't be using them again.
