Hiya James. We appreciate the kind words. See you again soon.

GoogleThe service, little information to the customer, very rude, they say it's x per day but they immediately charged 300 pounds and then returned it, like they gave me the padlock I used the store for a week I went down and didn't change the padlock but they also didn't ask to pick it up, like the payment was made on my son's card they said he had to go there and collect the deposit when he was charged another week because the padlock had been left in the door. In short, I don't recommend it

GoogleBig Yellow in Bromley were able to price match a cheaper storage else where. Mask were worn by the staff and screens in front too. They had put a lot of effort to ensure social distancing. Registration was easy and they walked through how to check in/out. It was a painless process.

GoogleReally great service. Hannah and Devlin at Bromley were excellent; so helpful quoting prices and explaining insurance etc. And I was particularly grateful to Hannah for processing our contract and taking payment over the phone, which was incredibly helpful at this difficult time to get around safely.

GoogleI have had a wonderful experience using your storage facilities, I was giving exceptional customer service by a helpful man Dipesh who made what was quite a emotional time for me a lot easier, I am storing my deceased fathers possessions in your storage, because of the way I was treated by Mr Dipesh and also another member of your staff Natalie I would definitely recommend your company and will be a customer for life. Thanks again and can you let Dipesh know his hard work is appreciated thanks. Kind regards Georgina Mcgregor

GoogleI love Big Yellow Storage. It's my second time I have been with that company! Last time I had my whole household in there for over 6 months. The employees are very helpful and very friendly. The rooms are clean and dry. My thanks go to the Bromley Team who helped me getting my belongings stored - Natalie, Richard and Dipesh! Thank you so much, you were & are all awesome <3

GoogleGood storage depot and access hours. However annual price rises every year of 10% Would recommend people look elsewhere for a better longer term deal.

GoogleUsed a storage space here for a month, very professional and helpful staff, space was easy to use and relatively cheap. Would use again if needed

GoogleFantastic service by Nick at the Bromley Big Yellow Self Storage. He was very helpful and the Bromley branch is a great facility! Thanks again.

GoogleGood storage facility that is clean. They provide locks if you don't have one. Its best to use theirs for they are very durable. Don't buy their boxes and box tape, for they are cheap and everything falls apart. You'll need duck tape if you decide to use their boxes. *NOTE: Even though you are given a code to access the facilities after hours, it's only up until 11 pm. NOT 24 HRS!
