GoogleBEWARE! Discussing underhand behaviour. Our offer was accepted verbally & then we was told a few days later, someone had offered more. I then received an email saying I had withdrawn my offer?? I would not trust TMS.
Hello Nicola, Thank you for your feedback, we fully understand how frustrating it can be during the offer process. We are legally obliged to report all offers to our vendor right up to the point of exchange of contracts. In this instance the vendors decided to go with another offer. When we last spoke in 2021 you were moving into your new home, we wish you all the very best there.

GoogleWe put our house up for sale with TMS as we originally bought it through them eleven years ago and it all went well, so called them again, Luke met us at the house and went over everything with us, and took the keys to show potential buyers around. We got offers on the first viewings, with two offers at our asking price, Nicky took over and saw the deal through sorting out problems on the way, she worked very hard to make happen. All in all I can recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely use them in the future.

GoogleWith the ever-increasing amount of legislation around letting property, combined with higher taxation and a demanding day job, after 14 years of managing properties myself it was time I sought an agent who I could trust to look after my tenants and properties at least as well as I would myself. I honestly don't know how other private landlords do all the maintenance themselves, chasing tradespeople when needed etc. and remain legal, especially if they work full time. Having worked closely with a number of agents in the area over the past 10 years with their marketing, one really stood out for me; TMS estate agents. I got to see first hand the reviews and testimonials from clients and came to understand their caring work-ethic and attention to detail, building a mutual trust with them. I also had a bit of a 'to-do' list at my properties when I handed management to TMS as I didn't know which trades I could trust in Thanet, most of these have now been ticked off and the works done to a good standard. There are some excellent managing agents in Thanet who I would also recommend, but if you're a portfolio landlord and are now considering getting your properties managed, these are the agents that I use and would happily suggest you give TMS a call. A big thank you to all of the team and keep up the excellent work!

GoogleAlthough not sold through TMS myself, they handled an estate sale a couple of years back for an elderly lady who lived in a retirement lodge I ran. Her friend died and left his house to her. TMS were absolutely excellent. Not only with the sale of the property (very quick and excellent price), but also with how they dealt with the lady. She had some issues which were handled so well and with great kindness. For that alone I always recommend TMS. Just thought should give credit where it's due. Totally opposite when I bought my house through another local agent.
