GoogleAbsolutely fantastic. Being first time sellers, we had not anticipated the rather odd journey we'd find ourselves embarking upon. TMS were continually personable, friendly and honest and excel in being not only one of the most productive and catered estate agents, but also provide a sincere and enriching customer service experience. For months we had little success from two of the main high street agents in the area - from disinterested buyers to those not on the market and simply chancers. We approached TMS for their help; with their bespoke service we had sold within a few weeks! Unfortunately we had experienced several bottom of the chain collapses and been gazumped on our house purchase; in amidst the frustration and anxiety of losing our future home, TMS sought to find the most suitable buyer for our property - always selling within a week (even in January...) The team were endlessly dependable and have a sincerity that is scarcely seen in the service industry - let alone estate agency! A truly collaborative and caring workforce that identify you as people striving to create a home, not a number. I'd list our house again just to experience their efficacy, but sadly, I'll think we'll let the grass grow this time. Thank you TMS for everything

GoogleAbsolutely terrible agents - avoid like the plague! Be careful if they try and rush you into taking out surveys or doing searches as we were trying to buy a house and were not informed we were in a chain until after we had paid for the services. They will say anything to get you to commit..... Make sure you get everything on paper from them as they will cost you money - I personally lost over £2000.00 after the people we were buying the house from suddenly withdrew from the deal and left me out of pocket - this is after they delayed and delayed for well over a month. I had to keep chasing them for updates, I kept waiting for them to call me back which was always the day after or the next day. AVOID, AVOID and again AVOID The only reason i give them one star is because i cannot give them zero. Very bad estate agents, the lack of professionalism is just shocking....

GoogleHaving dealt with TMS when since they were initially just financial services and them buying our home through them when they added there estate agents to their services, We have always have an excellent and professional service from the whomever we have dealt with in the team. I can honestly say reason your still around and grow stronger all the time even through the difficult years. This is because you stuck to core values and vision for the business with clients not just being a number, while others have struggled and tried anything just to make money off people. Having come from a financial services background years ago I still get friends and family ask me with I would recommend and I will always recommend TMS

GoogleAmazing!!! As a first time mover I was dreading the whole process. These lovely people hand held me every step of the way, sorting my sale, mortgage, insurances, purchase & finally removals. I was kept up to date as & when things happened & nothing seemed like too much trouble - even in my wobble moments it was like having my own personal counsellor. Best estate agents around - use them you will not be disappointed.
