I can’t thank TMS enough for everything they done for me. From the moment Luke came to value the house, I felt in safe hands. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing and they helped me at every step, even getting their maintenance people round when things needed fixing! As a single woman, this was unbelievably appreciated! All the “L’s” and the rest of the team done a grand job of what was a slow and difficult sale. They were patient and always knew the right person to speak to me when I was a little more stressed than usual 😂 The team got to know my family and would chat with my children (Beau even helped fix my sons guitar!) The real magic was at the end when I had the pleasure of dealing with Nicky. She is a Wonder Woman! Nicky talked me off a ledge many a time with understanding and humour. I had the worst solicitor but Nicky made up for it. I don’t know what I would have done without her and I was actually a bit sad at the end that we won’t have our little email catch-ups! All in all, I made the best choice in going with TMS. If you want a personal service with truly lovely, helpful people then I can’t recommend them highly enough! 🤗

We can certainly recommend this friendly and local estate agency. We chose to sell our property with TMS based on a recommendation from a friend and are very glad we did so. TMS were very efficient in getting our property marketed, and we had a few viewings booked in within the first few weeks. Luke Friend and Lee Hart were both friendly, warm and approachable. Being very eager to get the process going, we were quite pushy at the start, but TMS were always friendly and patient with us, of course knowing more than we did about viewings and the time it takes for them to happen. We were fortunate that one of the first viewers put in an offer and eventually bought the property. Unfortunately, we had a lot of trouble with solicitors during the selling and buying process, but at that point we had Nicky Radley, the Senior Sales Progressor, working closely with us. Nicky was amazing and at times was the only person working with us throughout the whole chain who felt ‘on our side’. Nicky kept in constant contact with us, helping to push things with solicitors on both ends and keeping us reassured, sometimes past working hours. Also being able to sympathise with our stress and frustration, which was an enormous support in itself! We would recommend TMS based solely on Nicky’s support alone, she went above and beyond her role, and we honestly would have been lost and on our own without her. Thank you TMS and Nicky!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with this estate agent. After moving out, I made sure the property was left in a significantly better condition than when I first moved in. In fact, when I took possession of the property, it had clearly not been professionally cleaned despite being told a tenancy clean would be done. I had to clean parts of it myself just to make it livable. Despite this, the agent is now withholding my deposit on the grounds of cleaning, which feels completely unjustified. I went out of my way to ensure the property was thoroughly cleaned before leaving, far beyond the standard it was in at the start of my tenancy. It seems incredibly unfair to penalize tenants for standards that were never met in the first place. The lack of transparency and inconsistency in expectations is frustrating. I would strongly advise others to carefully document everything when dealing with this agency, as their handling of deposits appears unreasonable and biased.

From the first contact when I phoned to arrange a viewing of one of their properties until the day that I collected the key, I was impressed by everyone in the team at TMS. Their calm, friendly, efficient and professional approach was so welcome during a particularly stressful time and made the whole process much easier than anticipated. I had heard that TMS were a lovely team and this was certainly my experience. I have to say a huge thank you to the sales progressor, Nicky Radley, who, from the moment my offer was accepted until completion, kept me updated at every stage of the process. Even when there was nothing in particular to report, which is not unusual when going through the buying process, Nicky would check in with me every couple of days, which was very reassuring. I was a second time buyer living in a 1 bedroom with a baby. I was currently on maternity leave and feeling emotional and vulnerable in my situation. I reached out to a few local estate agents but felt there was a lot of overwhelming pressure to go with this one or that. I was recommended TMS by a family friend and Luke came over to my home. I thought Luke was very relaxed and had been the only agent that did not fill me with fear or dread and was very honest to me. He was very relaxed and knew his stuff! Luke is very professional, and I thought he was just a genuine nice person too. Luke took the time to support me getting my property on the market and was very patient with me and I did make a few teak's here and there. I never felt like a pest and each time I reached out to TMS they were brilliant and would listen and take the time to get things how I wanted them to look with my photos and my ad etc. Lee, lewis and Serafina have always been very polite and helpful with calls whenever I would ask for updates. I had some viewings and each person showing my home was very respectful and I would always get an update the next day. My property was on the market during a difficult time, and I was getting worried about my situation. Melissa was brilliant and ensured that we make some more tweaks and before I knew it, I had 2 offers and almost a 3rd! My sells progressor Nicky has been superwomen. She has the most incredible customer service skills and negotiation skills. Nicky reassured me at every step and always got back to me about what was happening. I felt very reassured and supported in the whole process. It is a stressful time and to have TMS I felt they took a lot of pressure off. I also had Tammy from the mortgage shop, and she is worth her weight in gold! She has also been absolutely brilliant and also just listened to me when I was having a bit of a moment! I would recommend TMS to anyone. I genuinely felt valued, and I got my money’s worth. You will not regret it.

We would not hesitate to recommend TMS estate agents. We have experience of using the larger chain agents and this was thankfully nothing like that. From the initial valuation visit through to the sale we were very impressed. Luke valued our property realistically meaning that we had serious viewings right from the start. Whenever we needed to speak to someone they were always contactable and every member of staff was knowledgeable and up to date. We were always kept updated once we got a buyer. We have had such an incredibly positive experience with TMS. The market has been up and down like a yoyo but the one constant throughout has been the support from everyone at TMS.Vicki, NIcky, Luke, Melissa, Lewis, Seraphina and Beau. They are an astonishingly good TEAM. We had worked with another estate agent but that had sadly not worked out, so we switched to TMS, "what a great move". We were very much impressed by the amount of effort that went in to not just selling our home but also how much effort went in to the purchase of our new home even though this was via another estate agent. We had a constant stream of good quality viewers and found a buyer fairly quickly. From accepting an offer to moving in to our new home it was just 10 weeks, which taking all things into account is very impressive in these days. Nicky was astounding in chasing things up and making sure that everyone in the chain was pulling together to get things done as quickly as possible and she did that with gusto. Both myself and my wife Jodie are so grateful to all of the team and Nicky in particular for all of the hard work that has been put in. For buying or selling we heartily recommend TMS, they certainly deliver in all areas.

Me and my wife have just bought our first house with TMS and they have been outstanding. If only every house could be sold with these guys everyones life would be much easier! We viewed the property with Luis who was lovely and kind, really easy to talk to and not pushy at all, which we had found with other estate agents and this made us very uncomfortable. So thank you Luis! After then putting an offer in we were passed over to Lee who was nothing but kind and helpful, always emailed me back within the hour, put our minds at ease and answered any (even if stupid) questions from us, thank you so much. During the progression of our purchase we were then working with Nicky and I honestly don't know how this journey would have been without her. Words cannot explain how grateful we are for her help and how far she has gone to get this done for us. Nicky is friendly, thoughtful, informative, hardworking and more. We would absolutely recommend TMS. The team made selling our home an easy and successful process. The professional pictures that were taken of our home were excellent and maximised all of the best features. This most definitely helped sell our home within two weeks. Sadly a mixed experience with TMS estate agents. The valuer John was fantastic. He valued the property appropriately, took good photos and created a virtual walk through. He also updated our EPC. The sales progression team were nice, overall a good part of the company and came in handy at times. However, sometimes they chased things on our behalf when in fact they weren't asked to do so. Unfortunately that is where the positives end. Every estate agent we had dealings with seemed ill informed, and had a lack lustre desire to sell homes. They didn't learn about the properties involved and when I had viewings, I was doing the talking and selling the home rather than the estate agent doing their research. They also decided it was okay to book a viewing at our property, without our permission, without an agent present and after we had accepted an offer on our property which is absolutely unacceptable. They did apologise for that instance, but it shouldn't have occurred in the first place. 3 stars as valuation went very well, sales progression team were useful but the agents them selves were poor, possibly a product of having a self sufficient housing market for many years now where properties seem to sell themselves. On a positive note, the mortgage broker side of TMS are fantastic, but thats a separate review.

We have no hesitation giving TMS 5 stars for their amazing work. We are first time buyers who have spent the majority of this year trying to purchase our first home. Along the way we encountered multiple big estate agent chains that just couldn’t really be bothered and lacked all the communication you would hope for when buying your first home. We are so glad that the property we have now purchased was listed with TMS because they really brought back the joy and excitement that it should feel like when purchasing your first home. Endless calls and emails were always answered so fast and nothing was ever to much trouble. Every member of the team we encountered either via phone or email was a pleasure. Even after completion Luke couldn’t help us enough to get things sorted. Thanks to Beau who showed us round the property multiple times. Always so friendly, informative and great to chat to. Also we do have to give a special thanks to Melissa & Claire because without them we would have never made it to the end. Always a joy to speak to, went above and beyond for us to get us to completion and throughout, always being on hand for anything and everything. Couldn’t have done it without them!
