GoogleI have been speaking with Lee and I can honestly say he is the only estate agent I have spoken to who showed genuine interest in my property search. Although my house was not on the market with TMS Lee was very helpful and contacted me number of times to see how the sale of my house was going and kept me up to date with new stock. I would most definitely use them in the future.

GoogleFantastic estate agent “this is how it should be done” ! I can’t recommend TMS highly enough they sold our property before it even went live online and to the first people to view,, I have to mention Nicky the sales Progressor at TMS who is an absolute “tour de force” and a great asset to the company, she keep you informed every step of the way and is available if you have any questions, She also sends you a weekly report so you know what stage you’re at in the process, we’ve never had such detailed after sales before. We’ve brought and sold a few properties and this is the first time using TMS they came with glowing recommendations form a friend and they will be our agent of choice from now on they will also come with glowing recommendations from ourselves. GoogleWhen i was left with the job of selling my parents bungalow and not living in Kent myself i went with reviews and chose TMS Estate Agents..... It turned out to be the best thing i did.... Property was marketed well and they handled all viewings resulting in Bungalow being sold on the first day for full asking price.... My thanks go to John, Kirsty and Luke who were very helpful and made the task of selling property so much easier.... GoogleLuke showed me around a property, and was incredibly helpful. He clearly took an interest in the property and our needs, was very knowledgeable and when he didn’t know the answer to a question, rather than being vague, said he didn’t have that information and would find out. I had a good experience with the whole branch, Melissa and Lee as well as Luke. Despite not being successful with this property, as a buyer, TMS are easy to deal with. I’ve had contact with several agents in Broadstairs, and would certainly recommend any sellers to use TMS versus other ‘larger’ estate agents in the area.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing service from start to finish! We were selling our house and facing every conceivable problem, we had never sold a property before, and we are so pleased that we chose TMS! At every step of the way the communication was honest, informative and incredibly helpful. They genuinely cared and sincerely had empathy and consideration at all times. They were the exact opposite of the stereotypical estate agent. I cannot possibly recommend them highly enough. Everything they have done for us has exceeded my expectations and I have given enthusiastic recommendations that all friends and family use them. We found that in Vicki and the team at TMS. Vicki demonstrated great inter-personal skill and compassion, working tirelessly to support all parties (vendors, buyers, solicitors, lenders, and even other estate agencies) in order to keep the chain together and deliver a successful transaction against tight deadlines. Vicki demonstrated true “can-do” attitude and did not give up, despite significant adversity. GoogleEveryone we had the pleasure of meeting at TMS is a credit to the company. Morgan initially got us on board, John valued and helped along the way and Vicki was our Estate Agent, Conveyancer and Therapist during a really testing house move. She was the difference between 5 families moving into their new home and the whole chain falling apart during Covid, as well as a host of other issues created by 3rd parties. I couldn't recommend TMS, especially Vicki, any higher. She adds that personal touch and care that is missing when you are just another number at one of the 'chain' high street estate agents. We are so happy that we chose TMS and would never go anywhere else.

GoogleI cannot praise TMS highly enough. They have been absolutely brilliant throughout my buying process. They fitted me in to view the property at short notice and I had my offer accepted within a day. They have been super helpful and responsive throughout and Nicky's work in managing everyone in quite a long chain has been amazing. If ever I come to sell my home I would not even consider any other agent.

GoogleIn the house buying process we viewed 24 homes through all the major estate agents in Thanet. TMS were by far the best at what they do. The agents were informed, friendly and knew what we wanted. The sales support service is incredible and the whole team were wonderful to deal with. GoogleFantastic service from TMS Broadstairs with both selling our property and as a management company for our letting property. Vicki and team were able to arrange many viewings which resulted in several offers and achieving our asking price. Our first buyer pulled out through circumstances beyond the control of both TMS and myself. I was kept up to date on all developments and within 72 hours several more viewings had taken place and the house was back under offer. We have now exchanged contracts and complete in a couple of weeks. Couldn't ask for any better service, always either took my call straight away or rung back when advised, plus the paperwork spot on every time. Will definitely use TMS in future
