GoogleRented a furnished property in Ramsgate via TMS on 2018 and it came with all sort of problems from leaking roof, poor standard bathtub, terrible mattress. Maintenance request took up to a week at least on that property. Ensure to check the property thoroughly before signing the lease.

All the staff are so nice and helpful. GoogleIf I could give no stars I would. Under no circumstances use the management company they provide when you rent your property out through them. Not a word of truth has come from the management company, which the estate agent recommends. Be warned
