I would love to know if the clients they are selling flats for know that they're refusing viewings to potential buyers. GoogleThey must charge a really cheap fee - their estate agents are rude, know nothing about the houses they have listed and are clearly busier looking for jobs at better estate agents than buyers for client's houses.

The member of staff you spoke to was relatively new to the company, and was apparently trying to explain that the property you enquired about was in need of complete renovation, and was therefore only available to cash purchasers.
