GoogleI successfully sold my house with Keating Estates (Brixton Office). The whole team at Keating Estates was brilliant from start to finish. They were always straight and up front with me, which is always a good sign. Highly professional and responsive and will go out of their way to help, to explain things, or help resolve issues. I was lucky enough to get Grace as my main contact with excellent support from the rest of the team (especially Gemma). I was a bit unlucky with the timing of the sale as the coronavirus hit just after the offer was accepted so there was a time where the sale was a bit in limbo, but Grace and the team kept in touch (excellent communicators) and did the same with the buyer, to ensure the sale didn't lose momentum. Once the lockdown eased things progressed well, again excellent communications with all parties to ensure the sale went smoothly to completion. I am so glad I picked Keating Estates - I know I would not have had the same experience elsewhere! I would definitely recommend them to anyone - I had high expectations for them and they still managed to exceed them. 5 stars isn't enough - well done Keating Estates!

GoogleMy friend and I rented with Keatings for 3 years (2017 to 2020). We had a leaky roof for years, which resulted in signficant mould growth on our ceiling. Despite continual reminders, nothing was done about the mould until the council got involved. It was only after Keatings were threatened with legal action and damages under the Housing Act that anything meaningfully happened, which is pathetic. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

GoogleI understand that a lot of the reviews here are from Landlords - in which case they will be great to them. As a tenant however that has let from Keating - having them manage the property on our behalf has not been so great. A leak in the flat could mean waiting 3-4 weeks just for someone to check it, with not much enthusiasm or willingness to help from most of the property managers. There is much disorganisation from the team and things just move slowly.

My house let in record time, very happy with their performance. I'd definitely recommend using these local knowledgeable agents.

GoogleDavid has been an absolute delight to communicate with during the renewal of renting out my property with Keatings. Within one week of my tenant informing me that he was vacating, David managed to provide a selection of high offers and tenants for me to choose from and ultimately secured me with a new tenant over the asking price. This is the second year that I am entrusting Keatings with my property and as an overseas landlord, I feel very secure in knowing that everything will be taken care of, especially when I can't be there in person.

GoogleLast year I purchased a flat through Keatings. Sam Milverton was an excellent agent, showing me several good properties, and being very helpful to me as a first time buyer. Once my offer was accepted Shane Mercieca was instrumental at getting everything over the line, whilst it was a very stressful process, without him I think the chain would have blown up in far worse ways than it did. Incredibly happy with Keatings as a result.
