GoogleI have been extremely impressed by Christopher Clarke-Halewood at Keating Estates. Since our first round of viewings he has gone above and beyond to ensure that he found the right flat for me. He has made my entire flat purchase run more smoothly and has always been available to answer any questions I have had. GoogleHad bad experiences with Keaton Estates in Brixton. Firstly, when I wanted to see an apartment for rent, and was given an appointment with no address (???) and called to get the actual address and never got a call back. No one ever contacted me again. The second time, when my partner called about an apartment for sale, and the agent was very standoffish, and couldn't answer a single one of his questions- didn't offer to look for answers either. Weird and unpleasant.

GoogleKeating were excellent throughout our recent sale. At the valuation stage I felt they gave practical, honest advice. They have a lot of properties in the Brixton area which attracts registration of a good number of buyers, and from viewing properties with them I was reassured that viewers of my flat would find the process smooth and informative. They were helpful and diligent managing a slow chain of transactions, and I’m really pleased we chose them to sell our property.

GoogleSpoken to in an extremely rude and dismissive manner by Allan Owens when trying to book a viewing. Hung up on me abruptly when I asked why a property was sent to me if I was being refused a viewing. I rang back to challenge this behaviour, and was met with the same attitude. Extremely disgusting behaviour, and no way to speak to anybody. Hope you have the day you deserve, Allan.
