GoogleRun!!! Truly the worst letting agent I have ever let from. Really disorganised and took a massive chunk of our deposit for ridiculous reasons including 'dust on light switch'. They were horrible to speak to on the phone, very rude and unprofessional and made the whole experience awful. Never again

GoogleBit mythed at their customer service, booked at viewing for a flat and didn't receive any confirmation had to call in twice to confirm the viewing had been cancelled.

Hi Edd, I’m sorry to hear you feel this way. We confirm viewings with all tenants on the day of the viewing. We received 3 offers for this particular property overnight and put these forward to the landlord at 10:45 this morning. Although the landlord has not officially accepted the offer yet, it is likely that there will be an offer accepted by close of business today and then the property will be taken off the market. We was going to call you to inform you of this, but since you called at 10:51 to confirm your viewing with for later at 5pm, unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to be the one making the phone call to you first.
