GoogleHighly recommended. Great advice, fair fee. The team worked its contacts, quickly found new buyers after the first ones left us in the lurch, and negotiated an offer over the asking price. Would not hesitate to use them again -- and with no tie-in period, as a seller you can't really lose.

GoogleIf I could give less than 1* I would. Keatings demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and integrity throughout the entire tenancy, a level previously reserved for the current incumbent of Downing Street. They are a stereotypical estate agent, where the rights and interests of the tenant are a mere inconvenience in their daily operations. It is not a stretch to imagine that they start off each working day reciting Money Money Money by ABBA, such was their desire to drain as much money from their tenants as possible. Avoid like the plague, which is ironic because I would rather have the plague than deal with Keatings again.

GoogleApparently holding deposits don't mean anything anymore, we paid a holding deposit of £500 only to find out that they had taken deposits from several people. Our offer was not accepted in the end and had to wait til the following week to get our deposit back.
We're sorry for any miscommunication Sakari. We tried to make it clear that until the landlord accepts an offer, other interested parties would have the option of paying the fully refundable reservation fee and putting an offer forward. Unfortunately on this occasion, the landlord opted to go with the other party and so in accordance with our terms and the paperwork you signed, we returned your reservation fee to you in full without any unreasonable delay. Again, apologies for any miscommunication and we wish you all the best with your property search.

GoogleThese guys clearly move a lot of properties, but their sales tactics were the most high-pressure of any agency we dealt with. The agent kept claiming that the places he was showing me were the last few available before the holidays, that the flat was likely to go that evening (when in fact it sat on the market for two weeks afterwards) etc... Nothing really dodgy about such 'sales puff' i guess, although if you have to deal with them, i would be prepared to take everything they say with a huge pinch of salt.
