GoogleRented a student property in Bristol. Students moved out and in on the same day. Property was filthy, things were broken, ceilings were peeling down, holes in walls. Had to clean thoroughly and pester for things to get fixed. Poor communication and to get anything fixed took months. Had the audacity to take money off deposit due to cleaning costs at end of contract!! The property was cleaner that it had ever been. With video and photographic evidence they still would not give back full deposit. Horrendous. Avoid.

GoogleThere were some issues such as not having a doorbell which took months to sort out.

GoogleWould nor recommend these people to anyone - the house was in a poor state, with many issues taking too long to resolve and for any issues they can't get away with ignoring, they hire sub-par contractors. They are also extremely unhelpful regarding any queries: we were told we had overused utilities, and when we asked for a breakdown of our usage, we were completely ignored on several occasions. Stay well away from Purple Frog and their dishonesty.
