Take very good care of you through your whole time with you, and always make sure to keep you in the loop, making everything very easy. Had some issues with Ocean recieving money from me - ended up having to re-send money as they denied recieving it, and took a while to check for it (although they did contact me after the fact about this, so they weren't hiding anything).PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I bought a small flat in Cotham from Ocean 14 years ago and then hired them for to manage the rental. Ocean was great when buying the property. In terms of management I give Megan 5 stars.
