I’ve spent a decade in rented accommodation, and this was by far the worst experience. It was stressful, unsupportive, totally unsympathetic, and I was completely powerless. No tenant should ever feel this way.

Although completion took longer than anticipated, our conveyancer Ella did everything possible to get it through in time before our mortgage offer expired. Everyone was really kind to us, even when we did get a little flustered at times. Would use them again in a heartbeat. 😊

The sales process management process was poor. The sale was complex and I had to intervene and manage the process myself to secure completion.

We appreciate your feedback; however, the complexity of this particular sale, due to legal intricacies, placed several aspects beyond our control. Please be assured your Move Manager made every effort to expedite matters but had very limited control of these particular legal issues. Our review of the case file notes including all communications supports this. The pursuit of the EWS1 certificate, alongside adherence to BSA regulations, necessitated a great deal of additional conveyancing resulting in delays.Please note that your solicitor, being directly accountable to you as their client, may have provided more prompt responses than their communications with Ocean Estate Agents. GoogleIt was clear from the first look around my recently redecorated let that Scott knows the ins and outs. I found Scott to be most affable and caring, highly experienced, local and with him and all other aspects considered, Ocean's managed service was too good to turn up. I didn't expect to go with a managed service again after putting up with a weak performance from another agent just over the road. Well, Scott got to the property for 8am so the photos would have the morning sun! So far I've found every other member of the Downend Ocean branch to be responsive and professional with their manner and knowledge. I feel much better having their backing than trying to navigate all these requirements and liabilities as a private landlord. They gave us an honest appraisal of the market, found us a good proceedable buyer quickly and progressed the sale with excellent communication throughout. I was an estate agent so do know the industry. Would definitely recommend Ocean if you are thinking of selling your property.
